About Comms Multilingual

Comms Multilingual specialises in the production of documents, presentations, printed materials, voice-overs, web sites, interactive CD-ROMs, conference and promotional materials in any language. We use in-house developed techniques to deliver a quality product that often exceeds the requirements of our customers.

Our Head Office is based in the United Kingdom in Epsom, Surrey, just on the outskirts of London. This includes the Sales, Administration and Production departments. For many years, we have been producing materials in a wide variety of different languages for our clients in different countries.

Comms has a strong base of clients in the UK, EU and North America, who come from many different types of organisation. Psychometrics, Training and HR, Advertising and Marketing, Telecoms, IT, Engineering, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Professional Associations and Website Production are just some of the areas our clients come from.

We develop a strong relationship with every client. Comms assigns a dedicated Project Manager to run the projects for each client and we work closely with our clients to become familiar with their strategy, their ambitions and the way they like to work. We pride ourselves on a very high return rate for clients.

We always use linguists who are native speakers and they will invariably have thorough experience of the subject area which they are translating. You can thus be sure of the quality of our translation work.

Comms Multilingual is a member of the Association of Translation Companies. We are currently going through the process of obtaining certification under the European Standard for Translation and expect to achieve this early in 2010.

Comms has partnership arrangements in place with many companies so that we can provide a broad range of services for our clients.  Two main partners are GPS and LanguageFlow. Please see the Partners page for more details

An advantage for you in dealing with Comms is that we can provide you with a complete range of services, no matter what the language or the required format, which can be entirely tailored to your Company needs. We look forward to discussing with you your requirements for multilingual translation, typesetting, voice recordings, Expert review, web site localisation and the other services that we offer.
