The ABP promotes and advocates the development of industrial and business psychology. A community of practitioners in psychology that works together to improve working lives and better relationships with people in the workspace. B/I psychology plays a vital part in the development of business performance and quality assurance.
This year’s ABP conference is going to focus on the post-pandemic work environment and explore topics on how companies could build healthier business relationships with the employee and the consumer. Speakers will discuss and share ideas and case studies, around the four main topics of the event: The Health Reflection, The Employee Reflection, The Consumer Reflection and The Business Reflection.
Companies from around the world have now changed the way they operate internally. Many businesses in the UK have adapted and continued using the hybrid work environment even post-pandemic. We are all tired of hearing about the Covid virus by now, but people need to start thinking about how the world has changed and what we can take from this experience to improve the work environment.
