Comms Multilingual is a specialist language services company, located in Epsom, Surrey. We offer translations into and from over 100 languages, plus typesetting (DTP), voice-overs, website localisation and other related localisation services in specific subject areas. One of our clients is looking for a Localisation Project Manager to join their team on a temporary basis.
WE OFFER
- Translation and localisation Project Manager full or part-time position
- Contract for 2-3 months
- Training
ACTIVITIES
- Translation and Localisation Project Management for several regions
- Checking back log and accepting tasks in Jira
- Requesting source files from the Creative team
- Processing tasks in XTM
- Receiving tasks in XTM/Jira
- Creating layout tasks to Creating team
- Publishing content on several platforms
- Reviewing of layout of banners, landing pages, PDFs, etc., in different languages
- Checking invoices from vendors
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous experience in Translation and localisation Project Management(required)
- Previous experience with CAT Tools (required)
- Ideally, a qualification in Languages, Translation or Linguistics
- Ideally, experience with Jira, XTM, Coupa, Confluence and AEM, or with similar tools
- Excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task across a range of projects
- Good spoken and written knowledge of one or more languages other than the native language
- If English is not the first language, excellent command of English
- Good written and verbal skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work in a team and on one’s own
- Working from home – European time zone
