Our clients are leading companies in different fields. Most of our clients are based in the UK and US, although we also have some clients in Europe (mainly in Scandinavia, Germany, The Netherlands and Belgium) and Australia. We cover virtually any language in the world as we outsource most of our work.
Our providers are mainly freelancers, although we also partner with some companies for specific services. This allows us to choose the very best provider for each job according to their qualifications and experience.
Our recruitment process for this role includes several steps: an initial screening of CVs to select the most qualified candidates according to our requirements, a couple of exercises (a proofreading exercise in the candidate’s native language and some simple exercises in MS Office) and a final interview with our Senior Project Manager.
The duties of a Project Coordinator include: assisting Project Managers, managing our databases of providers (this includes selecting and recruiting new providers, testing them out, etc.), proofreading documents, completing Quality Assurance (QA) checks to files before delivery, using CAT Tools (to analyse files, create TMs, do QA checks, etc.), preparing quotations, preparing documentation, doing internet research and, when ready and required, managing simple projects.
This is a full-time role. We work from Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 6pm (with a 45min break that can be taken at any time).
