We are looking forward to attending E-ATP 2026 in Rome from 7–9 October, where we will be connecting with colleagues across the assessment industry and exploring new opportunities for growth, collaboration and partnership.

This year, Sue Orchard, CEO, and Sonia P. Sala, MD, will both be presenting at the conference:

Closing the Construct–Access Gap in Europe
Together with fellow experts, Sue will explore how assessment programmes can improve accessibility while preserving the validity of the constructs they are designed to measure.

Balancing Fidelity and Fairness in Cross-Cultural Contexts: A Mindset Rather than a Trade-off
In this interactive session, Sonia will join fellow experts to explore how organisations can preserve the intent of an assessment while ensuring translated and adapted content remains fair, appropriate and effective across different cultural contexts.

Expanding our support for global assessment programmes

Our solutions have continued to evolve to meet the changing needs of the assessment industry.

Alongside our specialist translation, localisation, adaptation, linguistic validation and multimedia services, we have expanded our language solutions to include remote interpreting, supporting effective multilingual communication with candidates, experts and stakeholders.

We have also enhanced our range of services designed to help organisations protect the validity, accuracy, fairness and functionality of their assessment instruments. These include translatability analyses, bias reviews, translation verification and detailed human review of AI-generated content, helping ensure outputs are not only fluent and accurate, but also appropriate, fit for purpose and designed to minimise unintended bias across different languages and cultural contexts.

Our technology solutions have evolved to meet the specific needs of assessment organisations, with a strong focus on security, quality and consistency. Our tools and workflows help clients make better use of existing translated content and approved terminology, while supporting efficient multilingual processes, robust human oversight and alignment with EU AI Act requirements.

We can support organisations with sourcing subject matter experts and other qualified professionals for a range of value-added assessment activities, from specialist review and validation to other expert-led services.

We are also actively exploring new partnerships and collaborations that will allow us to broaden our portfolio and offer clients an even wider range of complementary solutions and specialist expertise.

Sue and Sonia would be delighted to connect with fellow attendees. Whether you would like to catch up during E-ATP 2026 or arrange a meeting afterwards, we would be very happy to continue the conversation.

And if you are new to Rome, Sonia will also be happy to share a few local tips — she is based in the city and married to a Roman!

We look forward to exchanging ideas, exploring new opportunities for collaboration, and discussing how we can support organisations with multilingual assessment programmes, technology, specialist expertise and complementary solutions.

We look forward to seeing you in Rome!
